The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will provide strategic and operational leadership to FPMMAC, managing the organisation in line with its Rule Book. This includes leading staff, representing the interests of Traditional Owners, managing cultural heritage responsibilities, and ensuring compliance with statutory obligations and agreements.

The CEO will work closely with the Board to deliver strong governance, maintain high-level relationships with government and other agencies, and build an organisational culture of integrity, teamwork, and respect. A key responsibility is to strengthen FPMMAC’s operational capability and financial sustainability while ensuring all activities align with best practice business planning and risk management.
