NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF MEMBERS
All members of the First People of the Millewa-Mallee Aboriginal Corporation ICN 8264 (the Corporation) are advised that an annual general meeting of members will take place as follows:
DATE: Saturday 1 April 2023
LOCATION: Acacia Room, Mallee Catchment Management Authority, 308 – 390 Koorlong Ave, Irymple (Mildura) Victoria 3498
TIME: 9:00 am – 4:00 pm (lunch provided)
On arrival at the meeting, members should check the register of members and if needed, update their name, address and any other details.
Note:
- This meeting will be held in-person
- This meeting is a meeting of members of the corporations
- Associate Members of the Corporation are invited to attend, observe and speak at this meeting but cannot vote on or put forward resolutions.
Appointment of a proxy: A member has the right to appoint a proxy for this meeting using the enclosed proxy form. A proxy must also be a member of the corporation. Signed proxy forms must be received by FPMMAC via email to admin@fpmmac.com.au or by post to PO Box 10382 Mildura, Victoria 3500 by 9am on Thursday 30 March 2023. No member can hold more than one proxy.
