The Nursery Manager is responsible for the planning, management and direct supervision of the day-to-day operations of the Native Nursery operations and team, and the performance of the Belar Nursery Biocultural Resource Centre programs. This position is also responsible for building culturally aware and culturally safe organisation that understands Aboriginal connection to Country, Aboriginal cultural knowledge, and the essential role that Aboriginal people play in caring for Country.
